About Us:
Arch Apple Financial Services prides itself on spending time with clients and building long term relationships instead of the quick sale. We get all of our new clients through advertising and referrals from existing clients. We do not telemarket or cold call. Chances are you contacted us first due your need for information or insurance. We believe in sending information first, answering your questions and educating you about all your options before selling anything. You will generally get several contacts from us after you first contact us. These inquiries will be to make sure you got the information you requested, that you fully understand what you got, and to answer questions about the information and your particular situation.

After you become a client and your situation changes or the insurance carrier changes rates or coverage we will be there to help you understand the changes and what your options are. Most times we will contact you first to let you know something is changing. We will assist you make any changes necessary and compare your options to help you make an educated decision.

We also try to keep in contact with all of our clients throughout the year. We do this by sending everyone a birthday and Christmas card. This is just a little added service that makes many of our clients very happy, especially the children.

Privacy:
We respect our clients and prospects privacy a great deal. You will never have to worry about your personal information being released to anyone without your permission.

Health Insurance:
For Individual and Family Plans (IFP's) we represent all the major insurance carriers, including Blue Cross of California, Blue Shield, Healthnet, Pacificare, Kaiser, Cal Farm/Nationwide and Assurant. For Employer Groups we represent all carriers in California including the ones listed above plus Cal Choice and Aetna. We specialize in finding specific plans to meet your needs and budget. We also can help you with temporary health insurance and long term care insurance.

Other Insurance:
We also specialize in individual and group dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, and disability. We are contracted with all the major carriers in California.

Securities:
Jay is a registered representative with Farmers Financial Services and can assist you with you investment needs.

History:
We started this business in 1987 and have maintained the same philosophy since the very beginning. "We help people accumulate and preserve their wealth through insurance, investment, and retirement planning". This is still a family business, so when you contact us you are dealing with the owners.
